Jelly Belly Shop is operated by Skyline Skyrides Limited in Rotorua, owned by Skyline Enterprises (NZ owned). The name that will appear on your statement wil be Jelly Belly Shop at Skyline Rotorua.

4) Rates

All rates are in NZ dollars and include relevant taxes.Your account will be charged in NZD.
Shipping cost are in NZD and will be additional to the total purchase price.
For purchases over $60.00, the shipping will be free.
Skyline Enterprises reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.

5) Delivery of goods

Please allow 3 working days for courier delivery in the North Island and 5 working days for delivery in the South Island.

We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Goods are not available for distribution outside of New Zealand.

6) Cancellation / Refunds and Replacements

Because of perishable nature of food items, all items sold from Jelly Belly Shop are final. Any decision on refunds is entirely at the discretion of Skyline Enterprises. Cancellation fees may apply.

This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer guarantees Act 1993.

Gondola ticket are valid for 6 months from the date of on-line Jelly Belly Bean purchase.
The ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, and is only valid for redemption as per terms and conditions above.
